Honduras

Well everyone, today is my last day of school (teaching that is). Tomorrow begins my summer vacation and I also leave for Honduras. I am so looking forward to my trip to Honduras. I ask that you remember me in your prayers while I am gone. We will be doing construction and evangelism work while we are down there. Thanks again for your prayers and support.

Well I just received my passport in the mail today and I have payed my trip off in full. I am so looking forward to going to Honduras.

I would like to say that God is just amazing. He has blessed me with a new job that I will be starting in August as a Chemistry teacher in the public school system. For the long turn it is going to a lot better for me.

I have also took my certification for a Crime Scene Tech and passed the test with an 84 for the city of Lakeland. I also will be taking a test for my ceritification to teach Physics in July.

I think that is all the new stuff that has happened within the last month or so. Please keep me in your prayers and thank you for all your support.

Honduras...Here I come!

May 21-28 I will be heading to Honduras on a mission's trip with Victory Church in Lakeland, FL. This trip will be both construction and evangelism. We will be traveling to Pina Blanche to minister to the locals and building a reception hall/cafeteria.

Update...03/18/2005

Wassup!!! I was thinking the other day that I need to come up with some form of newsletter to keep everyone up to date with what is going on in my life. So here I am now updating you.

If do not already know, I am living in Lakeland, FL and have been here since July of last year. I moved down to Lakeland to attend Southeastern College and I now find myself teaching at a local private school teaching World History, Math, and Chemistry. Besides working full time I am also attending school at night working on my second degree in Church Leadership. Right now I am maintaining a 4.0 GPA and I anticipate on graduating this upcoming Decemeber.

I am currently attending Victory Church (www.victorylakeland.org), but as of right now I have decided to take some time off and not do any ministry and just attend church. I have found that teaching is a ministry within itself.

As for my personal life, I actually found time to meet someone. Her name is Kayla and we have been dating now for about 5 months. She is originally from Topeka, Kansas and graduated from Kansas State with a degree in Construction Management. Kayla is currently managing an interstate widening project.

God is just amazing, everything from getting accepted in the Excel program at Southeastern to meeting Kayla. Within the next few months a lot of things will be happening and I would like to ask you to continue to keep me in your prayers and thoughts.
